Teacher Dan-- Jazz and Piano
Daniel Oliver is a young man currently working on entering the Jazz Studies program at the University of Washington. He hails from Redmond, WA and has received his Associate’s in Arts & Sciences from Bellevue College. Daniel is currently a bandleader and musical director for the funk band Brotha’ Groove, an up-and-coming funk group that is beginning to see popularity in the NW Groovement. He continues to study classical music along with his jazz studies to maintain a well-rounded repertoire. Daniel has been teaching for four years through private lessons, with the company Musical Minds, and for the Kirkland Academy of Music. Through his continued work with Musical Minds, he has clearance teach at the Lake Washington School District, Northshore SD, Bellevue SD, and Seattle Public Schools.
